A 90-day group experience for corporate high-performers who want to launch a purpose-driven business without burning their life to the ground.
Good Salary. Strong Title. Nice House. Dead Eyes. Empty Soul.
Isn't to light your laptop on fire and punch your boss in the face. It's not to "burn the boats", gamble the mortgage, and burn your entire life to the ground.
Instead, it's time to take messy, bold action to get the business of your dreams out of your head and into the world. But you can do that in a much safer, more sustainable way than what the motivational internet gurus will tell you.
Everything changes when you stop waiting to take action until you are "ready."
"What if I look stupid"
Risk aversion and permission seeking
Overthinking and analysis paralysis
I spent years desperately searching for my purpose. I read dozens of books, listened to hundreds of podcasts, and was praying for the lightning-bolt moment where my purpose would finally be revealed.
That never happened.
I didn't "find my purpose" but rather I stumbled into it by getting out of my head and into the world. The nonprofit I co-founded after quitting finance led me to executive coaching, a career I didn't know existed.
I created these three quests so you can stumble faster. And more importantly, so you don't have to do it alone.
Let me be clear: this program will probably not replace your corporate salary in 90 days. That would require selling pictures of your toes on the internet. This program is designed to help you stop wondering "what if" and instead, earn your first purpose-driven dollars.
You will know that you can get paid delivering a product or service aligned with your purpose because you'll have already done it. After that, you're just turning up the volume.
By the end of 90 days, you'll have launched your purpose-driven business and achieved a success milestone of your choosing (e.g., first client booked, product prototyped, franchise agreement signed, etc.).
Most importantly, you'll have become the kind of person who takes action on their dreams instead of quietly resenting yourself for not trying.
Starting a business will challenge you. Paid on Purpose is for people launching purpose-driven businesses because those with a strong WHY can overcome any HOW. If your idea isn't aligned with your purpose, you'll be excited on day one and quiet by week six. A strong why is the fuel you burn once the motivation runs out.
Example: Scaling Airbnbs on the side could be a one-way ticket to burnout if you don't care about real estate or creating beautiful spaces. But if interior design and staging rentals aligns with your purpose, the same business could be the most aligned decision you've ever made.
If you're wondering if your idea qualifies as purpose-driven, let's chat.
But if you're a capable human who wants your work to mean something again, and you're willing to take messy action before you feel ready, this was built for you.
Expect to dedicate 2-3 hours per week to this program. 1 hour per week for our group call and 1-2 additional hours taking bold action.
Paid on Purpose is a new program. My mission to help people launch purpose-driven businesses is not. I've worked with 200+ clients ranging from senior executives in Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurs, coaches, and professional athletes. Here are a few of their stories:
Benjamin was a Senior Project Manager who couldn't stand the toxic chemicals hiding in every skincare product on the market. So he decided to take bold action and build his own. He created one of the first tallow-based facial moisturizers with 100% clean ingredients. I coached him from formula to production to raving customer reviews.
Dustin was a Director at a multi-billion-dollar tech company, proud of the career he'd built but wondering where he'd lost his mojo. He worked with me to launch a side coaching business helping college students nail interviews at top tech companies. Two months later, he was overbooked.
Amy was an executive photographer for high-powered CEOs. After thousands of headshots, she realized she could read someone's health just by looking at their face. It broke her heart knowing how many of her clients were headed toward an early death if nothing changed. Our coaching turned that realization into a business: she's now a paid speaker, running workshops and coaching programs that help business leaders get healthy.
Different lives. Different businesses. Same decision to stop waiting.
After this founding cohort, Paid on Purpose moves to $5K
The guarantee: complete all 9 missions and show up to at least 9 of the 12 group calls. If you're not fully satisfied at day 90, you get a full refund. You do the work. I back the process.
Yes. Paid on Purpose is an execution program. It exists to light a fire under you and get the idea out of your head and into the world. The magic here is the camaraderie of a group taking bold action together, and you can't take action on a maybe. If you're still trying to figure out your idea while everyone around you is out making moves, that's going to suck for you.
If you need help narrowing it down first, that's exactly what my 1:1 coaching is for. A few sessions together will get you clear enough to take action. After that, you'll learn the rest by doing.
Weekdays, never weekends. I set the time once I know the cohort, and we'll cover your availability on the fit call. Different time zones are normal here, so don't count yourself out over one standing conflict. Bring it up and we'll see what's workable.
Yes, and recordings go only to members of your cohort. At the end of the 90 days they're deleted. Nothing sits on a hard drive somewhere with your name on it.
You can find 2-3 hours a week. I've coached senior executives at Fortune 500 companies through launches, and the calendar was never the real obstacle. If you truly can't carve out a couple of hours for the thing you say you want, the honest question isn't whether you have the time. It's whether you'd rather keep complaining about the problem than solve it.
No. What's said on the calls and in the WhatsApp group stays inside the cohort. If I ever want to share someone's win publicly, it gets vetted and approved by that person first, every time.
You're invited to continue in an ongoing private mastermind. The bond you build taking bold action alongside other people shouldn't end because a calendar says the program is over.
No money to send right now. Just fill out the application.
A 30-minute call to walk through the program, answer your questions, and see if this is the right fit for you.
Get set up before Monday, September 21, so day one starts moving, not explaining.
The founding cohort starts Monday, September 21. This is where you stop ignoring that little voice.
